In continuing with our mission, The J Foundation is happy to extend our partnership with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to provide support to families in need. Together with the palliative care team we are able to help provide siblings with necklaces that have personal thumbprints or signatures to remember their brothers and sisters.
